A Night With Sidi Khalil Moore!
Christopher Khalil Moore was born and raised in America into a practicing Christian family. After years of being a semi-professional musician he subsequently went through a deep spiritual and emotional crisis, eventually leading to his conversion to Islam at the age of nineteen. A few years later he travelled to the Muslim world in search of sacred knowledge and a balanced understandng of the prophetic legacy. He has studied in the blessed city of Madinah (1996-1999), the deserts of West Africa, the Atlas mountains of southern Morocco, and the Hadramawt Valley of Yemen. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Religious Studies, from George Mason University(2001). He studied Arabic- English translating and interpreting at the American University of Sharjah (in the United Arab Emirates). He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Liberal Arts at St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland.

Sidi Khalil Moore will also lead the Jummuah Khutbah the day after the event.
