Legacy of the Prophet
Fourteen hundred years ago, a humble merchant who could not read or write changed the face of Arabia. Today, his influence has spread to every corner of the world including the United States. His legacy, teachings and mannerisms have been followed and taught from generation to generation for 1400 years. He was a merchant, a father, a husband, a statesmen. He was the final prophet and a mercy to all mankind, a man whose legacy continues to shape the lives of many today.
Join us for a lecture on our Prophet’s (peace be upon him) remarkable legacy with with Mufti Hussain Kamani, the current imam of the Islamic Center of Chicago and an instructor for Sacred Learning. Before the main session, Mufti Hussain will be leading a women’s-only session on the women who were close to the Prophet, peace be upon him. Dinner will be served.
